As a hosting company with a specialist WordPress platform, we of course specialise in supporting WordPress websites. When we build websites, either for ourselves or for clients, we only use Elementor Pro. We’ve been using it for quite some time. The 365i website is created with Elementor Pro. Why is that? Why wouldn’t we use any other page builder? There’s always been a number of good reasons, but since we upgraded to the Agency License, it’s the VIP support that has impressed us the most.
When is Great Support Truly Great?
Now that’s a good question! Some would say when you get the answer you’re looking for in a timely fashion so you can proceed with your work. Others might say that is merely the definition of support; what makes it good is the dialogue you have with the support staff. Do they go the extra mile to help you? And just how timely is timely? Less than 24 hours?
In truth, the answer is probably subjective. You’ll know it when you get it. That’s what we found with the new VIP Support from Elementor.
True VIP Support
When Elementor changed their license offerings in March, we upgraded to the Agency License in order to take advantage of the VIP support. In the past, we had a good experience with their support, but it was rarely fast. Typically we got a reply within 24 – 48 hours. When you did get your first reply, subsequent replies always seemed to come within a few minutes. It always felt like they worked the problem with us until it was resolved. The quality of the support has always been top notch.
However, since taking the Agency Package at our annual renewal, we now get our first response in our inbox within a few minutes. Fast? No it’s blisteringly fast!
It almost feels as if there’s been someone there just waiting to hear from us? I’m assuming that’s unlikely, but it felt that way.
The post I did to the community group on 10th March was because I just had to say something about it. I was blown away. I created my support request in the normal way and assumed it would be at least a couple of hours before I got a response. So I went to make a coffee. On my return to my desk 10 minutes later, the answer to my query was already sitting there in my inbox. I replied with a follow up question, and got the answer to that about 2 minutes later.
Never have I received such immediate support from any company I’ve ever dealt with in my 30 year career.
Moreover, they try to understand what you need and communicate with you in helpful terms. They don’t try to baffle you. They give you examples where they can and direct you to useful information where appropriate.
In my experience, where the problem has been more hands on technical, they’ve worked the problem with me until it’s resolved. Not over the course of days or weeks, but minutes.
